Amazon Trekking & Gator Hunting

A group of us with Be the Change Volunteers is headed to Peru next month so this has been

fascinating – all of you blogs have been as is your life! – but this one hits me. We will fly into Iquitosi and then a 4 hour boat ride down the Amazon to El Chino Village. Will be thinking of you as we go. Praying for continued safe journeys and wonderful times for you.Bring loads of bug spray!! Actually, forget bug spray. There’s repellent here that looks like a bar of soap (not sure what its called) but it works way better than bug spray.
