It's where Captain Cook spent the most time and there are beautiful swimming holes, rainforest, rock art, fishing and pristine beaches. YOU MUSTN'T MISS the Laura Aboriginal Dance Festival which only happens every two years, this year on June 30-July 2. It has songs, language and customs, with 20-24 dance groups, 500 performers and around 5000 spectators.
